Blue Hill College, considering that LOES, in Chapter 2, Art. 77 on scholarships and financial aid, states that "higher education institutions must establish full scholarships programs or the equivalent in financial aid to support in its education to at least 10% of the number of regular students", being beneficiaries "who do not have sufficient financial resources, regular students with high academic distinction, and high-performance athletes representing the country in international events, but under the condition of providing good academic performance levels, and handicapped students", maintains a consistent program of agreements and scholarship agreements, consistent with national requirements and needs.
Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano
The inter-institutional cooperation agreement between Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano (CEN) and Blue Hill College implies the professional and cultural development for the academic community of both institutions.
It also includes full scholarships through the program College Horizons, as well as the participation of international speakers and teachers in our institution, in order to share knowledge and experiences with students and faculty members.
